Refund & Return Policy

At Greencart Trends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from our store within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@greencart-trends.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind Returns: For all other returns (e.g., wrong size, style preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A flat-rate return shipping fee of £7.95 will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Refund Amount: The refund will include the full price of the product(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Specify in your email the size or color you'd like instead
- We will ship the exchange item once we receive and approve the returned item
If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@greencart-trends.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@greencart-trends.com
9. Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted price (sale items) can be returned for a refund of the discounted price paid. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
10. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@greencart-trends.com with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
