At Greencart Trends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@greencart-trends.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  2. Specify in your email the size or color you'd like instead
  3. We will ship the exchange item once we receive and approve the returned item

If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@greencart-trends.com

9. Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted price (sale items) can be returned for a refund of the discounted price paid. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@greencart-trends.com with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
